There is a large body of knowledge on improving productivity with better time management. There is another component of time management that is just as important – energy management.
What is the point of freeing up time if you’re not energized to get your work done?

- exercise
- healthy diet
- quality sleep
More energy = better time management
If you can ‘recharge your batteries’ with a long walk, a healthy meal or an afternoon nap, you are better prepared to practice time management skills.
