No Time to Read a Blog Post? What if it was a great time management tip?

Busy business owners often struggle with work-life balance. Implementing this little tip will allow you relax away from work and will help energize you on the start of your next work day:

At the end of the work day, create a to do list for yourself of only the two most important priorities for tomorrow. Place the two actions where you will find them at the start of your work day.

Then go home and relax for the rest of the evening.

This technique of leaving your important priorities at work will give your mind a chance to relax knowing that you have proactively prepared for tomorrow.

When you arrive at work the next day start immediately on the first priority. No excuses! It is that simple – try it. As soon as you can “cross off” the action, you will be energized to accomplish the next one! Cross that off too and watch out! Bring on the rest of the day!

While I call it “time management”, it is really “energy management”. This process will give you the energy to accomplish more in the same amount of time.
