Why do some business owners hold up a meeting waiting for the latecomers?

When you think about it, you are punishing those who arrived on time and rewarding the ones who come late.

My suggestion is: Don’t wait for those who are late.

Implementation of this philosophy makes for more efficient meetings, increases the respect of those that arrived on time and a likely improvement in the planning of the ones who thought they could get away with being a little late.

By the way, being on time is an admirable quality that is always appreciated. If you are always late it sends a message that you think your time is more valuable than the others who have to wait for you.

I for one have some work to on this subject, but will continue to work on my on time arrivals.
