When I dream of the perfect business world – there are no lawyers! It seems to me that most of the time they are either picking fights or escalating disputes.
The solution
The solution is simply to improve communication skills in the business world.
I am not talking about teaching lawyers how to communicate better, but if business owners could sharpen communication and listening skills, some of the problems would be eliminated before the lawyers have a chance to get involved.
