A Simple Way to Beat the Competition

This is simply a reminder of what we already know but might not be doing 100% of the time. A lot of potential new customers will judge us on some very simple tests:

Are the trucks clean?

Do the employees have nice and clean uniforms?

Is the business neat and tidy?

Are the bathrooms clean?

While you might not know if the products or services your business offers are better compared to your competitor, it is easy to know if you are cleaner.

Clean often becomes the deciding factor

Above average on cleanliness can translate to above average expectations on price. This is good. We know this to be true because we think the same way when we are customers of another business.
