Congratulations Chis and Richard! Having been at a couple of your golf and dine events in the past, makes me wish I lived closer!

Keep up the great work, and perhaps I can book myself into one of your Friday Night events when I'm in the area again!

Also, well done Liz!

Sincerely,

Annie Krumbacher

We attended a wine night there and it was outstanding. It seemed like a lot of fun & we brought along 5 foursomes with us. It worked out so well I stole the idea and we are running a golf tournament fund raiser using Oxley Golf and Muscedere Winery. People love the idea and our first year should be a success. Both Oxley & Muscedere have been very accommodating. Love to "keep it in the county"

Business growth is always focused on relationships, just as you outline here Paul. By focusing on existing clients, providing them outstanding service, you are also cutting your expenses in acquiring new clients - although that should not be the reason to stop attracting new ones! It's a balancing act. Growth requires balance and steady progress.

Great Post! All we need to do is think about what the most important thing is to ourselves...rarely it is money. Respect - fair and consistent treatment, all go hand in hand. Now you are moving from 'boss' to 'leader'....when you openly share your approach and look for feedback. You may even develop engagement and retention out of it. Imagine that!

You might be surprised how often that happens. Don't forget you can do some price testing with your proposed price increases to test the water and build confidence in what we both know is a well differentiated and valuable offering.

Wow... did you just read my mind. I was recently contemplating some price increases. I think I personally was swayed more by the 10% than the 90%. I think I need to do some re-evaluation on that.
